Description & Responsibilities













 
By joining the Boston Real Estate Store, you'll be able to work from your home or any location you desire.  The Boston Real Estate Store utilizes a globally accessible internet facility to manage and complete all sales or leases, whether commercial or residential.  Your personally assigned virtual office within this facility includes: password protection, training workshops, professional resources, tools and supplies with all of the forms, stationary and promotional materials you'll need to be successful.  As an independent contractor for the Boston Real Estate Store you'll be responsible for initiating cold calls, seeking out sellers and buyers, directing leads, following-up on messages, responding to general real estate questions, and communicating necessary real estate information for all e-mail inquiries.  You'll work directly with Boston Real Estate Store's licensed brokers, agents, partners and affiliates on all real estate transactions.  You'll be responsible for securing all buyer and seller information for leases and sales as well as securing financial documentation to bring a transaction to closure.
Required Education,
 Skills, Experience




 
Real estate agent license and home office with computer and internet connection.  Self starter, sales experience, strong organizational, interpersonal, etiquette and customer service skills.  Willingness to learn to work in an on-line office environment with efficiency, diplomacy and enthusiasm.  Must be flexible, innovative, quick thinking, and able to present the Boston Real Estate Store favorably to buyers, sellers and the general public.  Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.  Proficiency in word processing .

Duties and Responsibilities








 
Serve as primary point of contact for advertising and sales for Boston Real Estate Store on-line operations and marketing including: soliciting corporate advertisers.  Responsible for initiating cold calls, seeking out corporate sponsors, directing leads, following-up on messages, responding to general advertising questions, and communicating necessary project information for all inquiries.  Works with national account manager to coordinate communication for meetings advertisers; prepares information packages and responses to advertisers; organize, distribute and maintain contract information; and update advertising contact database.  Responsible for forwarding all advertising information for on-going website updates.
